FAQ/Policies

What type of payments do you accept?

Cash, Debit/Atm Cards ,and Credit card. Business/cashier cheks must be received 10 days prior to event. We do not accept personal checks (sorry). 

Is a deposit required?

Yes, we do require $50 nonrefundable deposit for parties under $400. We require $100 nonrefundable deposit for parties over $400. If your event has to be postponed/cancelled due to inclement weather or emergency circumstances only, your deposit will stay valid up to one year of your scheduled event date and a 75% restocking fee will be applied to balances paid in full. What is your weather policy? (Rains, Storms) on day of event?
 

We understand the weather can be questionable at times.  If you call us 2 hours before your event you can postpone your party to another  available date, see contract for additional information.

What does your inflatable price include?

Delivery, setup, and take down. A trained attendant can be purchased for $20/hour to ensure the safety of the children.  We want you to enjoy your event SAFE AND HASSLE FREE!

How many kids will fit in bounce house at the same time?
 

In general our bounce houses will safely hold approximately 6-12 kids at a time depending on the age of the players and size and features of the bounce house. We rent different sizes and styles of bounce houses and keep in mind that not all kids at your party will be in the bounce houses at the same time.  Combo bounce houses with slides are much more fun, do a better job of controlling the crowd and reduce the contact between the jumpers.  We do offer a 4 in 1 combo, backyard combo, and the 5 in 1 combo to help rotate crowds.

What surfaces can your bounce houses be set up on?
 

Our bounce houses must be set up on real grass or indoors.  Some of our bounce houses can be set up on asphalt or on concrete.  They can't be setup on dirt, rocks, sand, artificial turf, or rough uneven surfaces.  They can be setup indoors but padding must be provided by us.  Please discuss with our representative before booking.

Can I pick up the bounce house and set it up myself?
 

No, our insurance company requires that we transport, set up, review proper placement, and remove our bounce houses.  We are professional bounce house installers so sit back, relax and enjoy your party.

Can your bounce house be set up in public parks?
 

Yes.  We are insured and approved for parks in the city of Forsyth County and Winston-Salem.  They require you to tell them you are having a bounce house so please notify them that you are renting an inflatable from us.  If we are not on the city's list call us and we will get approved as soon as possible.

What kind of power is required?
 

Our bounce houses plug into a standard 110 household outlet.  We supply the cord and we suggest that nothing else be plugged into the outlet that we are using.  Placement from the bounce house should not be more than 25-75 feet from the outlet.  If you would like to set up a bounce house at a location that doesn't have an outlet we will be glad to rent a generator for an additional charge.  Generators are to be used only for the bounce houses because this could adversely affect the operation of the unit.
